My beautiful mom Stella had many passions that she mastered in her lifetime, and one of them was the exquisite art of traditional hawaiian feather lei making. Born and raised on the island of Lana'i, she had the privilege of learning this revered craft from the renowned Aunty Mary Lou Kekuewa on Oahu. Over the years, her remarkable skill garnered admiration and a loyal clientele. Many of which were affluent who would wait patiently for their order. What sets her feather lei apart is the authenticity and dedication to tradition, as 100% of the feathers are sourced from Hawaii, exclusively from the island of Lana'i. The feather band you see is part of her last reserve collection, a testament to her enduring legacy and the beauty she brought into the world.
